Truly enjoyed reasonably spacious and good rooms!
The apartment was fairly clean and in good and convenient location right by other facilities, prime area of KL and a railway station. Was only here for weekend, nevertheless would like to stay there on the next trip.

We had a great value for our money at Platinum Klcc By Citybox. The rooms were cosy and the twin tower view was absolutely stunning. The location was perfect, with easy access to the railway station and taxi services. The staff, especially Abdur Rahman, provided excellent service and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The breakfast selection could be improved.

Fairly clean property next to a railway station, prime area of KL, and the center of the city. Polite and very very nice people work here. A shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets available. Great and awesome setting easy to commute for those who dont have transport.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist us with any requests or questions we had. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to shops and attractions within walking distance. Additionally, the apartment was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
There were a few issues during our stay. The check-in process took longer than expected, causing some frustration.

Great location with a view of KLCC tower, convenient for families with children. Apartment was spacious and comfortable with all necessary amenities. AC worked well. Rooftop pool was easily accessible. Host was communicative and accommodating. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Platinum Klcc By Citybox. the 3-bedroom apartment had a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for our family of 5. We loved the stunning view of the Twin Towers from our room. the apartment had all the necessary amenities, including Wifi and Netflix for a fun movie night. the washer and dryer were a lifesaver, and Abdur Rahman provided excellent service and guidance throughout our stay. Parking was easy, and the location was perfect with everything within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.
